Eekline Terms of Service

Eekline.com is a Social Networking site striving to offer its users the most out of their experience. To accomplish this, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines before creating an account with us.

You must be at least 13 years of age to make an Eekline account. If you are under the age of 18, you must contact a parent or guardian to discuss whether you should join Eekline, and what information you should place on your Eekline account. Eekline prohibits the posting of personal information for all users including and not limited to full names, addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal information which may be used for malicious purposes. Since we offer a "Search by Name" feature, you may wish to include your full name upon registration. This information will not be displayed however, and will only be used to search upon when another user already knows your full name. Eekline reserves the right to remove your account for any reason we deem necessary.

Eekline prohibits uploading of images which contain nudity, violence, copyrighted material, or any other material we deem inappropriate. If you come across any offensive material on the site, please bring it to an administrator's attention for review. For artists or bands, uploading of copyrighted material for which you do not own the copyright to will result in account deletion. Make sure you own the rights to anything you upload onto the Eekline service. You agree by these terms, that you are fully responsible for anything you upload to the Eekline servers and take full responsibility for any content you upload. If you find somebody else uploaded graphics or sound files that belong to you, contact an administrator for immediate review of the content in question. Eekline reserves the right to use any content you upload for promotional purposes.

Eekline does not, but reserves the right to filter text content on your profile pages. You are responsible for anything you post on your profile, other profiles, or public Eekline forums. Eekline reserves the right to remove any offensive or inappropriate text content posted by any user for any reason.

By registering for any type of Eekline account, you agree to adhere to all of the rules of the Eekline service, and comply with these guidelines.
